Safety and Security
  • Improved traffic flow with a clear separation between parent and bus drop-off/pick-up

  • Secure entry improvements at high school/middle school and elementary school

  • Improved parking lot lighting across the campus

  • New additional ADA ramp at the elementary school

  • New fire alarm systems district wide

Building and Site Improvements
  • Upgrades to LED lighting, mechanical systems and heating/ventilation, along with replacing aging roofs

  • Improved natural lighting and energy efficiency by replacing windows at the elementary school 

  • New air conditioning system at the elementary school

  • Reconstructed parking lots and driveways, with the addition of over 200 new parking spaces

Arts and Athletics
  • Performing arts improvements at the high school/middle school including tiered seating, new lighting and acoustical features 

  • Improved baseball infield and playground drainage

  • Replacement of football stadium bleachers, adding ADA access

  • New bleachers in elementary school gymnasium

  • Track replacement

Technology
  • 1 to 1 instructional device replacement cycle for students and staff throughout the district

21st Century Learning Spaces
  • New and refreshed classrooms at the elementary school, including new floors, ceilings, lighting, technology infrastructure and additional electrical outlets

  • An addition of two new classrooms at the elementary school to accommodate break-out space and small group instruction

  • Refreshed corridors throughout the elementary school with updated lockers, lighting and flooring

  • An addition of four new classrooms at the high school/middle school, to be used for science, STEM and special education

  • Flexible furniture throughout the district

HIGH / MIDDLE SCHOOL - $7,900,000
Phase 2
  • Building addition for 4 new classrooms

  • Create new secure entry

  • Reconfigure main office and improve security

  • Improve Performing Arts space

  • Reconfigure media center to include collaboration space

Phase 4
  • Update interior and exterior door hardware

  • Update portion of roof with new material 

  • Update fire alarm system

  • Update restrooms

  • New chiller

  • New public address system

  • Add new science lab hoods for improved ventilation

  • Add cap to loading dock wall

  • Refurbish mechanical equipment and add new controls

  • Install new water softener system

  • Install new boiler 

ELEMENTARY SCHOOL - $10,300,000
Phase 1
  • Remodel office and revise secure entry

  • Refresh flooring and ceilings in classrooms

  • Replace hallway ceilings

  • Replace boiler

  • Replace unit ventilators

  • Replace unit heaters

  • Replace fire alarm system

  • Replace public address system 

  • Add air conditioning in classrooms

  • Add kitchen hood and fire suppression

  • Remove deteriorating chimney

  • Upgrade to LED lighting throughout building

  • Upgrade temperature controls

  • Update data / IT infrastructure and cabling

  • Improve electrical distribution

Phase 2
  • Building addition for 2 new classrooms

Phase 3
  • Refresh hallway flooring

  • Replace exterior windows

  • Replace exterior doors, frames and hardware

  • Replace interior door hardware

  • Replace gym bleachers

  • Replace hooks and cubbies with metal lockers

  • Refurbish existing metal lockers

  • Remove glass above lockers and replace with full wall

  • Restroom upgrades

  • Increase classroom electrical outlets

  • Add new ADA ramp in hallway

  • Install new mechanical equipment and new controls 

  • Reconfigure roof drainage

SITE IMPROVEMENTS - $2,800,000
Phase 1
  • Create safe separation for elementary 
    pick-up/drop-off loop 

  • Add new parking area adding over 200 spaces

  • Add new bus road behind high/middle school

  • Reconstruct existing parking lots and driveways

Phase 5
  • Improve baseball infield drainage

  • Replace football stadium bleachers

  • Improve playground drainage

  • Replace track 

  • Improve parking lot lighting

THIS BOND WILL GENERATE $21 MILLION FOR 3 MILLS, THE SAME RATE AS 2019.
